The air conditioning was a problem. The lobby and communal areas were barley cool and flies were constantly an issue. The room was cooler, but still not as cool as I would have liked. Otherwise, the hotel was great. But this is an issue and could keep me from coming again. I had stayed in this hotel before and arrived to find a sign apologizing that there was NO air conditioning. Clearly this is an ongoing problem. But really - it is August and it is El Paso. It's not really acceptable.
